42x21cm castor oil wrap, made with 2 layers 100% cotton flannel, outer layer is Polyurethane Laminate (PUL) breathable waterproof fabric.
Extensively tested for durability to be crack resistant and able to withstand regular washing.

Do not heat the complete pack
Take the inner pack out of the compress - Heat in Microwave no more than 1.5min to no longer than 2 minutes - place back in Compress pack Inner must be kept dry please
The heat bag is filled with a natural grain, rice colours of heat bag may vary due to availability
Inner must be stored in freezer when not in use, take out 1-2 hours prior to use
